| Hi my name is Len Redenbach, the person behind LPR Toolmakers.
I started out as an apprentice Fitter & Turner in the 70s then progressed to Toolmaking, gaining much experience in hands on work on most Machines, Tool design, Robotics Press Tools Etc. In 1983 I moved to a Country town 70kms North of Melbourne called Broadford.
I started up a small Engineering Company LPR Toolmakers working from home a few days a week and contracting out my skills a few days a week. After countless times being frustrated trying to get required Tools that I needed as the work progressed, I started to source my own, then resell a few items to Local work shops just as a extra line.
It soon became apparent that there was a big hole to fill around the country areas for information as well as Tooling. I started to increase my range of stock then began going to Farm Field days handing out a small booklet of my service and goods. This led me to Produce a Video on how to use a Lathe, Called Lathe Work for the Beginner. This was directed at the farmer and hobbyist but soon was selling to all fields including schools and workshops. From those early days I have advanced to have over 3000 clients around Australia & New-Zealand Today most of my products I source myself from overseas , taking plenty of notice of the quality.
We now have some of the USA’s biggest Tool suppliers supporting our stock range at prices usually better than can be got in Australia. I take pride in my service to all my customers in 2 ways, quality product range and informative information, that’s what I wanted and want so do my customers.
We have built up a good database on our product range on the Internet and will continue to do so.
I look forward to your support getting the right Tool at the right price on time. This is what’s its all about. |
